I DO believe in working on developing new habits and making the lifestyle changes that will help you lower your blood glucose levels and improve your health.

Exercise
Resistance training and other forms of exercise like bike riding, yoga, dance classes, swimming, etc. are crucial when it comes to lowering blood sugar. Exercise helps you keep your weight down and keeps your body fit and strong. As your coach, I can recommend exercises and workouts that you can stick with and hopefully enjoy.
Attitude
Your mindset and how well you deal with stress will have an impact on your diabetes and your overall health. Challenges and obstacles will present themselves as you work toward creating a healthier lifestyle. Using tools like meditation will help you strengthen and develop your mind along with your physical health.
Rest
Getting enough sleep is important because your body needs time to recover and heal itself. Also, the lack of sleep can impact how well your cells respond to insulin, increase your stress levels, and impact brain function. I can help you put together a routine to improve your sleep.
Nutrition
If you want to get your blood sugar under control you will have to change how you eat. Sweets aren't the only thing that will raise your blood sugar. Any food that contains carbohydrates will do that. I will help you figure out how to eat healthier and how the avoid the spikes that do damage to our bodies.
